Returns and Exchanges

Our current preferred carrier is UPS.

We are sure you will fall in love with your bag and want you to be happy with your purchase. However as a small business we are only able to offer an exchange at this time. The return of exchanges is at the expense of the customer. Please notify us immediately with any exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your item.
If a customer enters shipping details incorrectly and the item is returned to Petit Kouraj or any partnered retailer, the customer will be charged again for shipping the item out a second time. Please double check your address and verify carefully.

 

Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed when the order is shipped. If you have not received your tracking link and your order has been processed, please check your junk/spam mail folders before contacting us to save an extra step.

 

US Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for US purchases.

Due to demand, our current lead time is 7 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and any custom items). Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Some pieces require extended production time.

International Shipping

Yes, Petit Kouraj ships globally.

Any custom items are shipped as soon as the piece is ready. The customer will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email us directly at studio@petitkouraj.com
